Ordering Instructions

Process of ordering a personalized candle online:

1) Send Candles for Keeps an inquiry e-mail stating what type of candle you want and the colors you wish to be used. All candles are completed in 2-3 days once personalized items have been received.

2) Mail in personalized item to be placed into candle (color copy would be acceptable also and this could be e-mailed). Payment will be expected at this time. Either via Paypal or check.

3) Candle will be made and mailed back to customer (or alternate location upon request) and pictures of product will be e-mailed to customer as well.

4) Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
